Payment information. Card and digital wallet payments are entered directly into FareHarbor, our third-party booking and payment platform (see Payment processing below). We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the services it uses may automatically collect technical information such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, and referring website, including through cookies.

Payment processing

All bookings and payments are processed by FareHarbor. When you book, the information you enter is handled by FareHarbor and subject to its privacy policy and security standards. For phone bookings, we may enter your payment details directly into FareHarbor on your behalf; we do not write down or store card numbers. Corporate clients may pay by invoice, and we use the billing details provided only to complete payment.

We use a small number of trusted services to run our business, which have their own privacy policies:

Cloudflare to host and deliver our website securely
Formspree to receive contact and tour request forms and forward them to us by email
Google Fonts to display the typefaces on our site
Email and phone providers to communicate with you

We may take photos or video during tours for our website, social media, and marketing. We will not attach your name to images without your permission. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let your guide know at the start of the tour.

Email communications

Booking-related emails, like confirmations and day-of details, are part of delivering your tour. Any marketing emails will only be sent with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Adults booking tours that include minors are the account holders for those bookings.
