After finding a new joy in culinary tourism in Carmel, CA during the pandemic, Brian combined the storytelling skills of an actor, the food sensibilities of an Italian, and the experience of a professional tour guide to create LA Food Tours in 2023.  His unique, highly-curated concept gives guests access to the inside track of Los Angeles’ most vibrant neighborhoods by delighting the senses with savory bites, unknown facts, and local insider knowledge.
